Property & Capital Campaign Update

• A building use policy passed at the January vestry meeting.
• There is a “new” used refrigerator in the kitchen pantry thanks to Roger Weis and the Habitat for Humanity Resale Shop.
• The new parlor A/C is mostly installed and the refrigerant will be charged before the next cooling season.
• Drummond Mechanical will conduct a winter HVAC maintenance check in accordance with their service contract.
• The water usage problem is probably under control.  Missouri-American Water checked our meter for any indications of leaks but found none. The problem was likely the lime-encrusted flush/fill valves in the men’s upstairs bathroom.  Both have been repaired and we will continue to monitor our water usage.
