This is the one day of the year when all eligible members of the congregation have a direct voice and vote. Primary business will be to elect the new members of the Vestry and the Diocesan Delegates. You will also have an opportunity to hear reports from the various parish organizations, and you are encouraged to offer your ideas about the ministry and direction of Grace Church.

There will be a single slate ballot with four new Vestry members to be elected and two Diocesan Convention delegates and one Alternate Delegate to be elected. The Nominating Committee has selected the following parishioners for election: Vestry - Linton Bartlett, Mary Lee, Vicki Myers, and Turner Tyson; Convention Delegates - Jeanie Bryant and Lisa Fox, alternate, Alice Bernard-Jones. 

 In accordance with Church Canons, nominations will be accepted from the floor, and all eligible voters must be at least 16 years old, Baptized, and have participated in congregational life for the past six months.

You are encouraged to offer your ideas about the ministry and direction of Grace Church at this meeting, and please remember to bring samples of your favorite brownies, muffins, cookies or other delicious family treats to share with others. Juice, coffee and tea will be served. There will be one service at 9:30 a.m. - no Sunday School.
